What is your minimum order?
We start at 100 business cards and 50 wedding suites. Corporate stationery varies by piece: 250 letterheads and 100 envelopes are our minimums.
How is pricing worked out?
Four variables: quantity, paper (weight and type), number of colours and finishing (foil, edge painting, die cutting, sealing). Because make-ready is a fixed cost, the unit price drops noticeably as quantity rises.
We do not publish a fixed price list — every job gets an itemised quote, sent within 24 hours of your enquiry.
How long does it take?
After proof approval, business cards take 7–10 working days and multi-piece wedding suites 15–20. Edge painting adds two days, die cutting two, hot foil one.
Proofing sits outside those figures: allow 3–5 working days after design approval.
Do you offer design?
Yes. We design from scratch, and two rounds of revisions are included in the fee. Further rounds are charged hourly.
We are equally happy to print your own artwork; it goes through a pre-press check first and anything problematic is reported back to you.
What file format should I send?
Vector PDF or AI. Type converted to outlines, each colour on its own layer, Pantone reference stated.
3 mm bleed on every edge, safe area 5 mm inside the trim, nothing finer than 0.25 pt and no type below 6 pt.
Can I see a proof?
Every job gets a single proof pressed on the real paper, and the run does not begin until you approve it. Delivered by hand within Istanbul, couriered with detail photographs elsewhere.
Can you print photographs or gradients?
Letterpress is not suited to either. For projects with photography we propose a hybrid: the image printed digitally, the typography and mark added in letterpress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we have shipped to 38 countries. We handle boxing, insurance and the customs paperwork. Transit takes 3–10 working days depending on destination.
What are your payment terms?
50% on order confirmation and the balance before delivery. Invoice terms for corporate accounts can be arranged separately.
Do you keep my plate for reprints?
We archive plates for 24 months. Reprints in that window carry no plate charge and run faster — usually 4–6 working days.
Can I visit the studio?
Gladly. You can visit the Rasimpaşa studio by appointment, handle the paper samples and watch the presses run. Leave a request on the contact page.
Do you send sample packs?
Yes. The pack holds four cotton weights, two textured papers and examples of edge painting and foil. Postage is charged and then deducted from your invoice when you order.
